Do not send passwords, recovery codes, health records or full payment details.

What we can help with

• Signing in and account recovery. Write from the email address linked to your account where you can.
• Deleting your account. See Delete your account.
• Subscriptions and restoring purchases. We can help with access to paid features in OneForm. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, through the store account that made the purchase.
• Safety. You can report, mute or block someone inside the app. To report a safety concern directly, contact oneform.support@gmail.com.
