Delete your OneForm account
OneForm is operated by Shoma Koshiba.
In the app
- Open OneForm and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the request.
If you cannot use the app
Email oneform.support@gmail.com from the email address linked to your OneForm account and ask for your account to be deleted. Include your OneForm username if you know it.
Do not send a password, recovery code, payment-card details, an ID document or fitness records.
We must verify that you control the account before acting. A request from an unverified email address, or a username alone, does not authorize deletion. If you no longer control the account's email address, support will explain the account-recovery and verification process before taking any action.
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your OneForm sign-in account and profile;
- your workout, activity and food logs;
- your hydration, body and weight records;
- your goals, plans and reports;
- your posts and the photos you uploaded, and related account records.
Your uploaded photos are removed before the account itself. If the process is interrupted it can be retried, and deletion is reported as complete only when it has fully succeeded. Photos already removed during an interrupted attempt cannot be restored.
What is not deleted or may be kept
- Subscriptions. Deleting your OneForm account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel it through the store account that made the purchase.
- Copies held by others. A friend who already saw one of your posts may have kept a copy or screenshot.
- Notifications you caused for other people, such as a friend request. They stay in the other person's list without your identity attached.
- Purchase and subscription records. OneForm keeps records of purchases and subscriptions for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are kept under their own policies.
- Database backups. Supabase keeps automatic daily backups for 7 days. Deleted information can remain in a backup until that backup expires.
- Operational and security logs. Supabase keeps its logs for 7 days. Logs held by our hosting providers, Expo and Cloudflare, are kept for up to 90 days.
